**The Stella Collective** is a passionate hospitality & events company located in the heart of St.Jacobs, ON. The collective owns and operates four (4) wedding venues in the area, as well as an innovative catering company, Gilt Catering, which operates at each venue and others in the KW region. We are experts at events and simply love what we do. We are seeking more enthusiastic members that also have a passion for the events industry to join our team

**Our Company.**We are owned and operated by three women and have a very forward thinking company culture focused on changing the hospitality industry for the better. We pay very close attention to details to ensure our couples and clients are confident in their choice. We focus on the smooth flow of events and guests' experience from the planning process to day-of execution. Our primary focus is weddings - extra care and love is essential for this job as this is one of our clients most important days of their lives. We seriously just love what we do and want you to as well.

**The Position.** We are seeking an eager, friendly and positive individual to join our coordination and leadership team. Experience in the events or service industry and/or education in events planning is an asset. We request that all our event leads and coordinators are multi-faceted in all parts of running an event and will be trained as such (timeline development, processionals, service, planning, payments, bar, bar back,). Wages are competitive and we do offer benefits. A love for the service industry and hospitality is what we are looking for. This position requires you to be independent, adaptable, and good at self-management in a fast paced environment.

Pay: $44,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
