**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead and inspire** a team of in-home sales reps to consistently exceed revenue targets
- **Train and develop** sales talent using proven one-call close techniques and objection-handling strategies
- Implement and refine the **sales process**, from lead assignment to contract close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Set and monitor performance goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and hands-on coaching
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a steady, qualified lead flow and smooth job handoff
- Be a **hands-on sales leader**, jumping in on high-value appointments or team closings when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or similar industry
- Proven track record in **high-ticket one-call close** environments
- Strong leadership experience with a passion for **developing and mentoring sales reps**:

- Strategic thinker with a “lead from the front” mindset—comfortable setting the pace and leading by example
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and coach based on performance data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
