**The Opportunity**:

- Distributor Sales Consultant / Outside Sales servicing an existing territory in the Hamilton, Burlington and surrounding area
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, being held accountable to achieving the annual sales budget
- Develop new opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships with salon owners, stylists and estheticians
- Take sales orders, build promotions, provide product knowledge/brand education and social media support to customers as needed
- Partner with new and existing customers to develop strategies designed to help them grow their business
- Compensation Includes a combination of salary + bonus, with car, gas and cellphone allowances.
- A competitive spirit and be a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude
- A strong drive to provide an exceptional customer experience, a willingness to do what is required to expand a territory and help your customers grow, and a desire to learn
- Sales experience of 3 years, preferably in a related industry
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The confidence to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- The ability to perform basic functions on Microsoft Excel
- A valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
