**The Company**:
We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing a variety of projects. The Project Manager will utilize excellent project management and communication skills to facilitate activities across departments and with multiple vendors. This role requires solid team collaboration while working on concurrent initiatives.

**Location**:
This position is a Monday through Friday work week and has the option to be based in Saskatoon Head Office or one of our branch locations with the flexibility to work remotely, in the office or a hybrid of the two.

**The Role**:

- Manage and lead IT Technical, Software Implementation and Premise projects of varying complexity using Bank’s Project Management methodologies
- Create and maintain risk/issue logs and escalate issues to stakeholders as appropriate
- Review and contribute to documents produced by the project team: detailed business requirements, test plans, test scripts, system documentation (including operations manuals, service level agreements, and team knowledge bases) and communication plans
- Capture and document transition plans for post-implementation support of a solution
- Run meetings and facilitate discussions
- Work with executive sponsors and business managers to prioritize requirements, issues and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work through difficult conversations with project team and stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned

**Here’s the background and skills we think will make you successful**:

- 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry
- CAPM or PMP preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to grasp abstract concepts
- Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple conflicting priorities concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Enoch, AB
