Development Coordinator

**Role Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the technical, marketing, and procurement aspects of development projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate and contribute to project development activities.
- Manage document control, including preparation and tracking of proposals, project contract documents, change orders, and various contracts.
- Compile and coordinate master plans and construction documents.
- Obtain and circulate construction, leasing, and financing status reports.
- Oversee Records Information Management.
- Attend construction, marketing, leasing, financing, and design meetings as needed.
- Assist with tasks such as preparation of meeting minutes, matrix of responsibilities, and management of consultants.
- File and archive project documents.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal of Probus to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery strategies.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and customers.
**Performance Expectations**:
- Ensure all project documents, including submittals, proposals, correspondence, and minutes, are complete, accurate, and controlled.
- Process all submittals in a timely manner.
- Optimize task work for the Principal.
- Maintain effective communication to keep all stakeholders informed and up-to-date.
- Develop and enhance positive relationships with clients, tenants, consultants, and suppliers.
- Formal post-secondary education such as a technical diploma, university degree, or ongoing self-directed continuing education related to project management or procurement.
- Over 5 years of experience tracking documentation in a database, Timberline, Expedition, or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software as required.
- Capacity for growth beyond this position.
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: Commensurate with experience.
- **Short Term Incentive**: Performance-based bonus program.
- **Benefits**: Employer-paid, flexible health, dental, and vision care.
- **Vacation**: Minimum of 3 weeks per year, with recognition of related years of experience.
Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
