Vancouver, Canada Executive Group of Companies Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with the General Managers, oversee eight hotels along the West Coast region of BC and three US properties located in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York
- Focus on bringing standardization and operational procedures across the hotel brands
- Help develop and implement strategic goals and objectives along with the Hotel General Managers that are aligned with Executive’s overall business strategy
- Lead the brand with technology adoption
- Provide leadership and direction to the General Managers to achieve their goals and objectives
- Review financial reports with General Managers to determine hotel operation performance against budget
- Work with General Managers to ensure hotels effectively manage occupancy, rates, payroll, and other expenses
- Ensure the Executive Brand standards are being attained and ensure all staff are well versed in the P.R.I.D.E. Service standards
- Conduct brand audits at all Executive Hotels
- Review and improve Executive Rewards, our brand loyalty program
- Relate and assist with the implementation of all corporate initiatives at the hotels along with the General Managers
- Review online guest feedback and report to Corporate Office in weekly meetings; communicate with hotels’ leadership teams to ensure appropriate corrective actions have taken place.
- Deal effectively with any concerns at the hotels; identify and analyze any issues and work on solutions with the General Managers
- Build morale and spirit; ensure hotels’ leadership teams endorse “open door policy” to solicit and address employee feedback and suggestions
- Take an active involvement in developing businesses
- Other duties as required

**Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related major plus 3-5years experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing or other Senior Management role OR 2-year Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related major plus 5-year experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing or other Senior Management role
- 4-Star or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and capable of working under stressful conditions, while consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Exceptional detail and follow-up.
- Excellent ability to document and standardize processes
- Excellent budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Requires frequent travelling to the hotels in portfolio and ability to travel to US
- Good Understanding of real estate asset management and value enhancement strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000.00 per year
