_**Requirements**_
- Successful completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience providing human resources support in a highly driven sales environment.
- Demonstrated, stellar internal and external client service focus.
- Able and willing to function in a tactical capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of provincial employment laws, regulations, principles, and practices related to employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution to protect the business from potential liabilities. Knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws is considered a strong benefit.
- Ability to exercise empathy, and maintain confidentiality, while assisting employees with personal/workplace issues.
- Experience developing, communicating and implementing core HR processes and policies.
- Excellent analytical abilities, including ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail in all work tasks.

This position is a hybrid role requiring the individual to work alternatively from home and onsite at our Toronto office on days selected by the company.

**Salary**: $43,021.49-$64,759.10 per year

**Benefits**:
