Ceva is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Planner who is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data.

**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with other departments on their maintenance needs.
- Inventory Plan, coordinate, organize and manage maintenance work, estimate facilities and maintenance activities, schedule labor, shutdowns, work orders, parts, backlog, equipment database, schedules and any other task needed to upgrade facilities and maintenance service level.
- Inventory Management - track and analyze the spare parts program and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure site level equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system to ensure the department is never without the parts they need.
- Ensure all work orders and maintenance activities are properly input into the CMMS and accurately closed out in the system.
- Champion the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning - JDE) software on behalf of the maintenance department. Train the local maintenance and engineering team, ensure proper use and escalate issues as required to the Maintenance Manager.
- Create, track and communicate Maintenance metrics. Analyze the data and make continuous improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate maintenance needs with third party contractors as needed.

**About You**
- You have a Post secondary degree/diploma/trades certificate in a related field.
- You have experience in equipment or facilities maintenance planning and scheduling, or equivalent experience as a maintenance technician.
- You have demonstrated project management experience.
- Computer literate.
- Ideally, you have experience with maintenance metrics and data analytics.
- You have demonstrated problem solving skills.
- You are organized with a high attention to detail.
