Due to our continued growth and success, we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

**What You’ll be Doing**:
You will join our Plant Maintenance and Engineering team to ensure the routine and preventative maintenance and installation of our manufacturing equipment meets our operating standards and quality measures. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment on our 110,000 sq. ft. production floor, which includes installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. Here’s some more of what you’ll do:

- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Respond to machine alarms and breakdowns as they occur, troubleshoot and
- Identify parts that require replacement and submit requisitions for ordering
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for multiple facilities
- Install new and relocated production equipment and machinery
- Overhaul and modify current equipment
- Communicate with the production team and prepare and submit maintenance
reports

**What You Bring**:

- A Minimum of five years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Red seal certified and a dual ticket is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems maintenance,
proven troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with WorksafeBC safety standards and regulations.
- Valid forklift and scissor lift license a plus.
- Ability to prioritize well in a changing environment and track and supervise
multiple activities at once.
- The ability to work as an effective team player and clear communicator; open to
learning from others, sharing knowledge, and advancing innovation across the
product lifecycle
- Your own vehicle to get to and from work and to travel between facilities in the
immediate local area.
