We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who will provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparing paperwork for shipments, efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders and transfers.
- Print, review and check all shipping documents for all Shipments checking for accuracy, such as product, size, length, and total pieces.
- Create manual Bill of lading and any other shipping documentation associated with each shipment.
- Excellent computer skills including thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must be able to manage shared mailbox and reply to all requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work well with others with little or no supervision.
- Communicating any issues, questions or concerns clearly and in a timely manner to supervisors/managers.
- Overtime as required.
- Assisting with inventory counts and management.
- Inspect machinery before use to ensure it is working properly.
- Ensure full compliance with all operating, sanitation, and safety standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of shipping experience, with a strong knowledge of customs regulations and experience working with computerized shipping systems.
- Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS and Purolator shipping software is an asset
- Work within tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience or certification driving a forklift is preferred
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
- Proven ability to work as a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and will require lifting of up to 50lbs.
