Position Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our job sites supplied and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, materials, and equipment. Pick, prepare, and stage job-specific material orders for field crews, organized by hall or work area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety policies and procedures. Track inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and notify management of shortages or required replenishment. Assist with tool management, including repairs, check-ins, and check-outs. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed). Coordinate with project managers and site supervision to ensure timely deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks and staging materials on-site. Maintain awareness of handling and staging needs for owner-supplied equipment.
