ACCOUNTING/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The accounting part of the role includes responsibility for both the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and other accounting related tasks. The administrative part of the role is to function as office manager for the firm including maintaining supplies and arranging for maintenance of office equipment, coordinating board and committee meetings and associated materials, taking minutes of meetings, assisting with the administration of the building in which the firm operates, and undertaking special administrative projects. You will also develop collaborative relationships across our organization to gain an understanding of the facets of PFM’s business, and the general information needs that are relevant to our stakeholders.
DETAILS
This is a full-time entry-level position located in Regina, Saskatchewan. PFM offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus potential, health benefits and a pension plan.
