**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including data entry into relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a dispatcher or in shipping/receiving is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or delays in the shipping process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
