With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we specialize in mechanical solutions for multi-residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Service Dispatcher** to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination of service operations and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Service Coordination**:

- Schedule all emergency service calls and service contract maintenance inspections.
- Dispatch technicians daily using dispatch software and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate service jobs, including scheduling subcontractors and equipment deliveries.
- Follow up with technicians for start-up reports, inspection reports, and send final reports to customers.

**Customer Communication**:

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and scheduled maintenance.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and update client files and job work orders in the dispatch software.
- Prepare management reports on service operations and performance metrics.
- Review and monitor dispatch software daily to ensure accurate job tracking and technician scheduling.

**Maintenance Program Management**:

- Maintain the customer list for the maintenance program and proactively contact customers for their next scheduled maintenance.

**Qualifications**
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles (required).
- Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or construction industries is an asset.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn in-house systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Reliable commute to Kitchener, ON, or plans to relocate before starting work (preferred).
- Familiarity with dispatch software is an asset (training can be provided).

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
