**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations**: Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- **Payroll Processing**: Prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
- **Daily Deposits and Sales Reconciliation**: Handle daily deposits and reconcile sales records.
- **Accounts Payable**: Process accounts payable up to and including cheque runs.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Process accounts receivable from manufacturers, clients, and businesses.
- **Journal Entries**: Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
- **Government Filings and Remittances**: Prepare and file HST, WSIB, PST, payroll deductions, and other government remittances.
- **ROEs and T-4s**: Prepare and process Records of Employment (ROEs) and T-4s for employees.
- **Monthly Financial Statements**: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- **Year-End Working Papers**: Compile and prepare working papers for year-end financials.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting clerk or bookkeeping role.
- Familiarity with **Paymate Clarity** or similar payroll software is an asset.
- Familiarity with **PBS Dealer Management Software** or similar DMS is an asset.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
