The **Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls,** features the best view of the Falls, from it's spectacular Fallsview rooms. The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing guests with a great smile and wonderful first and last impression, and will provide consistent excellent customer service. A Guest Services Agent greets and registers incoming guests, assists guests to enhance their stay, processes guest folios and collects payment, administers and manages cash handling responsibilities, handles guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy, assists guests with any inquiries regarding local attractions, our restaurants or transportation, and area highlights and maintains efficient and effective flow of information with guests and all internal departments, handles additional duties as needed by guests or management, maintains confidentiality and interacts effectively with hotel guests and co-workers to create a positive environment. **Education, Experience, & Skills**:

- a friendly, confident and engaging personality **Experience as a Hotel Guest Services Agent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE WILL TRAIN YOU

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
