**Wait Staff (Dine-In Locations)**

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is currently hiring Part Time and Full Time Tearista and Wait Staff throughout the GTA.

**Job Types**: Part-Time and Full-Time, Permanent

*Part time requires a minimum of 3 days a week with flexible schedule.

**Job Descriptions**:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Wait Staff to join our team Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of customers’ satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience.

**Wait Staff Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and lead them to their seats and introduce our menus.
- Make recommendations on specialties.
- Attending to customers with an excellent customer service and positive attitude.
- Take orders and operate POS Point of Sales system and accurately handle cash or other payments.
- Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner.
- Inspect the food and drink quality and, making sure they uphold standards.
- Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs of customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all provincial health and civil code regulations.
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with co-workers.
- Assist other employees and perform duties and assignments as directed.
