RWC Management is a full-service residential property management company offering newly renovated units throughout Ontario.
**Summary**
**Duties**
- Conduct lease execution process: coordinating lease signings, collecting deposits, uploading relevant lease documents to property management software, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for new tenant
- Assisting tenants to register and set-up payments on Rent café and ensuring welcome packages are delivered with all the pertinent information
- Coordinate with tenants to ensure that they register and set-up applicable utilities and tenants’ insurance prior to move-in
- Review the call centre daily message log and triage urgent matters to each PM, ensuring timely action to resident requests and matters
- Serve as the point person to coordinate maintenance work order/requests; track progress, follow up when work is completed, triage issues to PMs
- Keep tenants informed throughout the process, updating them on progress, expected completion or delays.
- Maintain a list of service providers, keeping it updated as changes occur: work with Property Managers to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with vendors
- Maintain accurate records of vacant properties, disseminating weekly status reports to management to aid in scheduling preventive maintenance programs for our portfolio of properties
- Participate and take minutes of weekly meetings and circulate action items to the necessary functional managers and senior leadership
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Experience in real estate or property management is preferred
This position will follow a hybrid work model with the majority of work being done remotely and the remainder of time spent at our head office in Burlington or at different sites in Ontario.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
