Residential Property A/p Administrator

Opening, stamping and distributing incoming mail
Issue purchase order and find corresponding purchase orders and attach to invoice
Coding and recording trade/supplier invoices by building and entering payables in Yardi
Batching invoices by properties and send to property managers and COO for approval
Posting all approved invoice batches and doing monthly cheque run
Reviewing invoices based on contracts or POs to check the pricing, contact vendors if there is discrepancy
Filing all paid invoices and payment stubs, mailing out vendor cheques
Maintain good relationship with vendors, contractors
Other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
