**Job Requirements**:

- Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
- Coordinate room assignments and pre-arrival packages
- Input and review reservations from a variety of booking platforms
- Problem solve and respond to guest questions and requests
- Make the best personal recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Answer the phone, directing calls and taking reservations
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance daily
- Provide an exceptional yet personalized level of service

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary school diploma
- Training in tourism or hotel management is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Top-of-the-line organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office and PMS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work mornings, nights, weekends and statutory holidays
- A sense of humour and a love for dogs

Pay: $20.55-$21.06 per hour
