**Job Overview**: As a Site Supervisor (also referred to as Superintendent), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ICI construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead on-site teams for projects valued at $10 million or higher.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all on-site activities for ICI construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate and schedule trades, materials, and equipment to maintain smooth workflow and minimize delays.
- Maintain detailed daily reports, including site activities, progress, materials, and personnel attendance.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, conducting site safety meetings and enforcing safe work practices.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure proper execution of work.
- Proactively address any construction issues or challenges on-site, ensuring timely solutions are implemented.
- Monitor and control site logistics, including delivery schedules, equipment use, and site access.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Canada as a Site Supervisor or Superintendent overseeing ICI construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $10 million or above is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ICI construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
