Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences.

The Camping Resort Manager will provide exceptional customer service by serving guests, upholding resort appearance, and ensuring we meet or exceed company goals and targets. This is a full-time, year-round position. They will manage day-to-day operations of the campground and camping staff and are responsible for creating a fun working environment throughout the season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with the ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers, build relationships, and offer the appropriate solutions, and resolutions.
- Interact with all levels of staff, to build a co-operative and collaborative working environment.
- Assist in the analysis and preparation of the operational budget to improve profitability.
- Maintain an accurate computerized guest registration system including managing seasonal campground renewals and reservations.
- Assist in the recruitment of staff. Ensure all staff members understand campground goals, standards and policies and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with other departments to develop systems to support revenue stream including processes related to registration, food services, pricing, and user experience.
- Assist with the management of resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property, hospitality, or similar management experience, including minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience required.
- Smart Serve Certification is required.
- First aid and CPR certified.
- Driver’s license (Full G) is required.
- Computer literacy (specifically the Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Booking/scheduling software and membership tracking software considered an asset.
- Budget experience including preparation and management of a budget, expenditure control is an asset
- Physical demand requires sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds.
- May be required to monitor campground access after regular business hours.
- Flexibility in working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work in all weather conditions both indoor and outdoor.
