**What You'll Do**:
As the face of Busy Bee Gold, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
- Greet customers warmly and provide tailored solutions to their garment care needs.
- Handle and inspect incoming garments, paying special attention to high-end and delicate items.
- Manage transactions seamlessly, from drop-off to pick-up.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive team that strives for excellence every day.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
We're looking for someone with the skills, experience, and mindset to thrive in this role and potentially grow into a leadership position.
- At least **2 years of customer service experience** in a premium environment or **3+ years in retail or hospitality.**:

- A proactive, problem-solving approach with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
