**Job Type**: Permanent, full-time position (30-40 hrs/wk - 4 days/week Monday - Thursday). Occasional community outreach on weekends (1-2/month) and 2-4 training seminars per year (on Fridays & Saturdays)
**Clinic Operating Hours**:
**Monday 6 AM - 9:30 AM and 3 PM - 9:30 PM**
**Tuesday 6 AM - 11:30 AM and 12 PM - 9: 30 PM**
**Wednesday 6 AM - 9:30 AM and 12PM - 2 PM and 3 PM - 6 PM**

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist with check-in procedures.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
- Assist with patient intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment to enhance workflow.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth patient flow and provide support during treatments as needed.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and patient management effectively.
- Process and manage all patient-pertaining paperwork.
- Manage patient flow, accounts, and collect payments.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings and trainings.
- Attend training seminars with the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient health information.
- Use computer and other office equipment and technology efficiently.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
- Order supplies and inventory.
- Assist at community outreach events and internal and external promotions.
- Keeping office clean, tidy and organized.

- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as data entry.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support within the chiropractic practice.
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 Diploma.
- Competent in the use of various computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Facebook, Video Editing etc.)
