We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, International Student Recruiter to join Hanson College’s student recruitment team. The Manager, International Student Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and managing an extensive agent network in South Asia to attract and enroll high-quality international students. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the Indian education system, and a strong commitment to fostering partnerships with education agents.

**Your Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build and expand the agent network for student recruitment in South Asia, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber international students to our college.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reputable education agents in South Asia, establishing productive partnerships based on mutual trust, shared goals, and performance standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to education agents to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our college's programs, admission requirements, and student support services.
- Collaborate with agents to develop effective marketing and recruitment strategies tailored to the Indian and Canadian markets, including targeted promotional campaigns and digital outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of education agents, tracking student enrollment and conversion rates, and providing timely feedback to enhance their effectiveness in recruiting students.
- Conduct regular agent meetings, workshops, and webinars to disseminate information, address concerns, and foster a strong network of agents who are well-informed and motivated to promote our college.
- Stay updated on changes in the Indian and Canadian education systems, admission policies, and visa regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to education agents and prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop agent-specific marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to support agents in their recruitment efforts.
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and networking events in South Asia to establish and strengthen relationships with education agents and promote our college's programs.
- Collaborate with various college departments, including admissions, marketing, and international offices, to ensure a cohesive and efficient recruitment process for international students.

**What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably in the South Asian markets, with a strong network of educational contacts.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian education system, including examination boards, university admission processes, and educational trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue recruitment opportunities in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with immigration policies and procedures for international students in South Asian markets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (additional knowledge of Indian languages is a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Canada and occasionally to South Asia and attend international recruitment events.
- A passion for international education and a commitment to promoting cross-cultural understanding.
