Office Coordinator for Dental Hygiene Spa

Toronto, Canada Impressions The Dental Hygiene Spa Full time

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and highly organized receptionist/office coordinator to join our small team in an east end dental hygiene office.

Must have previous office reception experience. Dental reception experience is preferred.

Must be able to quickly learn to use dental practice management software and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- schedule management and appointment recalls
- insurance claims processing as well as maintaining current policy breakdowns
- taking payment with POS terminal, product inventory and managing deliveries and stock
- data entry and management of client records and referrals
- creating and updating production reports
- assisting dental hygienists with charting and sterilization
- maintaining a clean and tidy environment and general office duties.

Hours vary day to day but are full time Tuesday-Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
