**Manager, HR Systems**:
**What you'll do**
- Lead all aspects of and maintain the optimal function of the organization's internal HR system infrastructure, focusing on the Oracle Fusion HCM modules, which include database management, maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of upgrades and other changes
- Ensure that the HR system infrastructure and its related processes are aligned with data security, privacy, quality standards, and audit requirements
- Leads Systems Analysts that provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users
- Manage the performance and relationship with HR systems vendors
- Research and resolve systems issues, unexpected results, or process flows, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, and assist with mitigating issues.
- Design and facilitate user-friendly processes, guidelines, training, and documentation.
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR teams, IT, external vendors, and other partners for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 8-10 years HR systems related experience with a minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Prior experience working with Oracle HCM or JD Edwards
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals, including knowledge of benefit plans, labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity, and proactive problem-solving skills; forward thinking
- Strong intuition for business, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, organizational, time management, customer-service and follow through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage a number of ongoing, diverse projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail in all duties and responsibilities; ability to work independently, take initiative and responsibility; versatile enough to achieve short-term results in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, while also helping shape the future of the HR department
- High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Self-starter with high level of initiative; the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to bring greater automation to a variety of HR related processes
