Planhat is looking for several Community Marketing Managers in EMEA to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

As a Community Marketing Manager at Planhat, you will help drive Planhat's growth in Europe. Your role will include the following responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with CS leaders in the Europe

Lead generation in you assigned market

Run events and webinars

Be responsible for local content and distribution

Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and the Global Head of Marketing

Report on marketing events and results

Skills & Requirements

We believe you...

... have experience from working within Customer Success

... have proven ability (2+ years experience) as Marketing Manager at a B2B Saas company

... have extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build senior relationships

...have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ideally native in one other European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Dutch)

...are smart, humble, social and ambitious

... have a passion for helping companies grow
