**Responsibilities**
- Partner with an Account Executive (AE) on account management and new business development activities to drive profitable revenue growth by providing outstanding customer service and delivering tangible customer value
- Collaborate with the AE to develop and lead account plan strategies with customers and partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Insides Sales Representatives supporting on all account matters
- Act as the voice of the customer within Compugen to ensure our organization understands a customer’s needs, challenges, and outcomes
- Have a genuine interest and a high degree of knowledge in how technology can deliver better government outcomes
- Lead proposals and RFx responses by collaborating with Compugen Subject Matter Experts
- Maintain a high degree of business acumen through business forecasting and reporting
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing deal profitability and customer value including partner pricing programs
- Ensure that orders are efficiently expedited through the system by working collaboratively with the AE, Inside Sales, Logistics and Technical teams
- Conduct business in a manner which promotes effective partnership in all activities

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience assisting in the development, maintenance and service of large accounts is necessary
- Knowledge of complex solution sales, long sales cycles, marketing procedures and IT product technology (hardware, software, networks and services) is required
- Post-Secondary education, a University degree, or related experience is helpful
- Excellent customer service focus, verbal and written interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong business savvy to lead business relations is necessary
- Being a flexible teammate; comfortable with decision-making abilities
- Have shown multi-tasking abilities and strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- You are upbeat, professional and positive individuals with excellent listening skills who feel empowered to take ownership of their accounts and take whatever action is necessary to resolve account-related problems
