The responsibility of the warehouse supervisor is to control the warehouse productivity, and supervising a team of warehouse associates. We are a very rapidly growing company that is constantly expanding. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, has excellent interpersonal skills and who is customer service orientated.

- Train, and manage warehouse staff.
- Delegate and prioritize warehouse flow over.
- Supervise inventory, receiving, picking and other warehouse procedures.
- Manage thousands of sku's within a 40,000 square foot foot facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising a warehouse or similar supervisory experience.
- Be ready for change, fast growing companies are evolving all the time.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and management skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 25 - 30 warehouse staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, word, outlook, google, etc.
- Warehouse management system experience would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
