We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center **Supervisor/Lead Hand for Pick and Pack Department.** Lead our seasonal and fulltime warehouse staff in executing daily operations efficiently and accurately. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfillment, accuracy in inventory handling, and smooth workflow coordination across departments. Strong working knowledge of **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**, specifically **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**, is essential to this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise 15-35 employees (seasonal fluctuation) in the pick and pack operations to ensure daily performance targets are achieved.
- Utilize **Business Central WMS** to create warehouse shipments, manage order generation, pick and pack, order edits, inventory movement, and shipping processes.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and departmental performance; coach, train, and discipline staff as needed.
- Ensure all employees are equipped with proper tools, materials, and guidance to meet safety and productivity standards.
- Oversee and assist with the Store Return Process, Replenishment of games and toy individual bins and overflow warehouses bins.
- Coordinate with the Receiving and VCI Teamto ensure product integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate, damage-free handling of merchandise and timely shipping to meet Operator (Store) expectations.
- Promote and enforce health and safety procedures; communicate potential hazards effectively.
- Crosstrain staff across all warehouse functions to build a flexible and knowledgeable team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **1-2 years of warehouse supervisory/lead hand experience**, preferably in a high-volume pick and pack environment.
- **Hands-on experience with WMS**, with strong proficiency in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**.
- Strong time management and leadership skills; approachable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example.
- Computer literate with attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting (up to 40 lbs), twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage shifting priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**
- 40+ hours/week; overtime required during peak seasons (e.g. November through end of Year).
- Fast-paced, large warehouse environment with material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks and conveyors.
- Must wear **steel-toed shoes** and comply with all safety regulations.
- Background check required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
