As an Accessories Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the business development of a designer shop, in a key role delivering superior service and creating a world-class experience to our discerning clientele.

Here's what we’re looking for:

- 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
- An inspirational leader focused on the achievement of sales goals and lead the department in personal sales
- Delivering product knowledge training to Advisors, develop taste level and brand image
- Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure the product inventory and spirit of the brand is represented
- Participation and coordination of Truck Shows
- A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training
- Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others
- A leader focused on team building to the achievement of financial goals
