Cambridge, Canada Fusion Products Ltd. Full time

Working with the Sales and Logistic’s team
- Providing support through Administrative/Sales paperwork through Net Suite in coordination with Sales Team
- Filing and organizing Purchase Orders, as well as tracking of Purchase Orders in Excel with Artwork, Master Cartons, Item Numbers
- Filling out Commercial Invoices
- Occasional Shipping Marks/UPC codes to be cross referenced on product from Supplier end point
- Coordinating with Graphics team on specific photography and Shipping marks
- Double checking and confirming with suppliers all Shipping Marks, Carton Quantities are correct
- Creating New Item set-up sheets for the Sales team
- Preparation for virtual and in person presentations, including arranging, preparing, and testing of Samples
- Setting up Planograms for the Sales Team’s Customers
- Handling fragile samples being air freighted in from Overseas & Communicating with the Sales Team upon arrival of these samples into the Warehouse
- Testing, tagging & Packing samples going out to buyers by following the presentation outlined from our Sales Team
- Other Tasks from the Sales team, may involve moving fragile sample product from the warehouse to the boardroom, setting up the Fusion/Moonrays Booth for meetings and occasional packing of product in the warehouse to be sent to Buyers

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
