**CAD/BIM -Design Technology Specialist I**
This person will work closely with engineers, project managers, and our lead Design Technologist on local British Columbia projects, as well as support our offices across the United States and Australia. This is a great opportunity to define a career path with ample opportunities for growth and professional development.
This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop preliminary and detailed engineering drawings and documents based on sketches, redline markups, and information based on verbal instructions and notes provided by designers and engineers.
- Understand CAD/BIM requirements and adheres to standards.
- Participate in Design Technology Practice Group initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Civil Technology diploma
- Experienced using the latest version of AutoCAD.
- 0 - 4 years of Design Technology experience
- Basic understanding of drawing presentation & organization.
- Strong personal organization and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
