Expected weekly shifts for this role will include Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm. The applicant will be responsible for commercial account paint deliveries using the company vehicle on Monday to Friday mornings.
This is a hybrid role with in-store retail service component that will require exceptional customer service skills, on the go problem solving, ability to work as a team and a genuine interest in painting/ interior design/home decorating. The second component of this role includes being the commercial accounts and paint delivery lead. Receiving, recording, tinting and managing delivery logistics for commercial paint deliveries on weekday mornings. This role once the applicant is properly trained, will include opening the store at 7:30am on each weekday shift and being accountable for supporting commercial painters. Delivery vehicle is provided.
As vendors of paint, blinds & shutters and garage renovations the applicant will be trained on principles of interior design and must be comfortable in a sales based environment. Educating and informing customers about design options and recommendations as well as generating leads for the sales of blinds, garage floors and paint jobs for our contractors is an expectation of the role. Bonus pay in addition to the hourly rate will be awarded for all leads that transition into successful business.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
