**About Us**

This is a fleet repair facility dedicated to providing top-quality maintenance and repair services for heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, and equipment. We are seeking a **detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper** to join our team and help manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Assist with payroll processing and tax remittances
- Track expenses and monitor budgets
- Work closely with management to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Handle government filings such as GST, PST, and payroll deductions
- Assist with audits and year-end financial reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of **QuickBooks, Pay works, or other accounting software**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)**:

- Understanding of payroll, tax remittances, and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field** is an asset
