**Company Description**: Escape60 is an escape room business committed to providing entertainment for B2C and B2B clients. Minor bookkeeping and filing with two other companies.
**Position Overview**:
We are ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and stability of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements preparing them for accountant.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare budget reports, and assist in financial forecasting.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline financial operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience 3 years as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
