Bilingual Translation Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in all tasks related to translation/localization projects, including but not limited to project preparation, quoting, file preparation, project distribution, project status tracking, project production, technical support, delivery inspection, etc.
- Create, implement, and maintain appropriate client
- or project-specific processes, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
- Communicate effectively with internal production teams and external suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are understood and met, timelines are followed, and deliveries are completed correctly and on time.
- Huge focus on customer service and maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Proactively offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Learn new technologies and keep up with current industry trends.
- Other reasonable assistance requested by the Company under mutual agreement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English and Chinese)
- Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member
- Ability to multi-task / adapt to changing demands and deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Eager to learn new technologies and skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

**Desired**:

- Previous experience in the translation and localization industry
- Experience in Audio/Video editing and using eLearning/video tools like Sony Sound Forge, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
