**FUND DEVELOPMENT & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER**

FNB is a provincial registered, non-profit charitable organization, that serves food banks, community kitchens, school programs and other supportive agencies across New Brunswick. We are accountable for food collection, storage and distribution, fundraising, and advocating for the people we serve and the agencies we support.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO?**
Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration, the **FUND DEVELOPMENT & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER**will be accountable for:
**50/50 Management & Fundraising**
- Oversee all aspects of FeedNB’s weekly 50/50 draw, including planning, execution, reporting, and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Develop strategies to increase ticket sales and grow participation through targeted marketing campaigns and community partnerships in collaboration with the Advocacy & Communications Manager.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and adjust tactics to optimize revenue generation.
- Manage relationships with vendors, technology providers, and regulatory agencies related to the draw.
- Manage the customer support helpline.
- Coordinate training and ongoing support for 50/50 retail partner locations.
- To ensure the setup, and optimal performance and longevity, resolving any technical issues that arise promptly of all 50/50 equipment.
**Donor & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Represent FeedNB at community events, stakeholder meetings, and speaking engagements
- Develop and execute donor stewardship strategies, ensuring supporters feel recognized, valued, and connected to FeedNB’s mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
- Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives beyond the 50/50 draw.
**Marketing & Communications**
- Collaborate with the Advocacy & Communications Manager to create compelling fundraising messages, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
**Administration & Reporting**
- Prepare regular reports for management and the board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with provincial lottery/gaming laws.
- Ensure appropriate licensing agreements are in place and maintained in accordance with Public Safety regulations.
- Keep Current all 50/50 Equipment logs, from the terminals to the pie routers
- Manager retail vendor invoicing, collections, bank deposits, and reconciliations.
- Enhance Existing partnership agreements with retail vendors While cultivating new Partnership, liaise with equipment vendors, advertising organizations, and provincial authorities.
**WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES?**
- Spoken and written proficiency in English and French is essential.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or sales/marketing (nonprofit or similar sector preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, and donor databases is an asset.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot program specific technical issues.
- Proven attention to detail and personal organization.
- Recognized for integrity and professionalism.
- Reputation for being courteous, respectful, and patient.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
**THE DETAILS**
**Working Hours**:
- Salary based on a 40-hour work week with flexibility in scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The role requires availability outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of an employee on-call rotation.
**Location**:
- This role is based in Moncton, New Brunswick.
**Compensation**:
