Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered into the system.
- Provide administrative support to doctors and other office staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
