The **Project Coordinator** will support the Project Management team in overseeing projects to ensure deadlines are met by keeping up to date on all aspects of project milestones and tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with project documentation and approvals
- Monitor and update project status, plans and milestones with project team
- Monitor and update risks, issues and dependencies for projects
- Provide support and advice to customers and the sales team
- Update the systems with new projects, change orders and project details in a precise and timely manner
- Conduct scope statements to production and field teams ensuring that all of the customer’s requirements are clearly defined
- Manage all queries internally and externally then collate information, solve problems and issues
- Liaise with production planning team regarding lead times and required project information
- Coordinate actions and liaise with other departments such as production, design, sales and installation to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Manage customers and accuracy of information/approvals to ensure on-time delivery

- Proactive with a can-do attitude to achieve delivery goals
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at any given time
- Strong communication skills (both internal and customer facing), with ability to work closely with multiple departments
- Ability to manage project timelines
- Highly attentive to detail
- Experience with working in a project environment

**Education**
- Diploma or Certificate in Project Management
- Experience with working with project management tools.
- Proficient with MS Project, Excel and Word.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or construction is desirable
- Clear and concise English language abilities, both written and verbal.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
