**STRUCTURE**:Full-time, permanent -** **Potential for hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after completion of probationary period

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs for Colas Canada and our group of companies. In this role, you will liaise with our network across Canada to provide full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive full-cycle talent acquisition services across all departments and occasionally for Colas Canada’s network of subsidiaries
- Lead talent acquisition planning initiatives including job analysis, job description preparation, and defining talent attraction strategies
- Build and expand Colas Canada’s recruitment partnerships with post-secondary institutions and community organizations
- Facilitate discussions and contracts with external search firms for any vacancies that are complex and require recruitment search assistance
- Liaise with HR department and hiring manager to develop and package offers of employment
- Liaise with Communications department to design and implement recruitment social media campaigns
- Develops and implements strategies to recruit diverse talent and meet diversity goals

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Post-secondary education degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources Management, or similar
- Bilingual French/English required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing and acquisition, construction industry experience is an asset
- CHRP designation or actively working towards the designation is an asset
- Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
