BILINGUAL TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - TORONTO

The successful applicant will be a passionate and results oriented self-starter with the capability to foster and build upon relationships with new and existing talent.

- A focus on customer service as a key deliverable is essential

**Accountabilities include**:

- Cultivate relationship-based talent pipelines for all Trisura’s key skillsets
- Support the efforts of our recruitment team, adding both efficiency and effectiveness to the recruitment process
- Searching external job boards for alumni talent and/or talent from relevant industry segments
- Utilize social media, phone calls, and text message sourcing to find talent
- Source and perform preliminary screening of existing talent
- Source and perform preliminary screening of new talent
- Strategize new avenues for securing talent for the Trisura team
- Talent Sourcing Specialists are often the first people to contact active or passive talent
- The Talent Sourcing Specialist needs to be comfortable engaging with people they do not know
- Proactively develop communications with the talent community and distribute communications through tools such as LinkedIn, etc.
- Keep talent profiles updated
- Post/publish all new jobs internally/externally utilizing various mediums (LinkedIn, Schools etc.)
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies for new roles and utilize the information to drive talent pool activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Bilingual in French / English
- Current experience in sourcing and recruiting in the commercial insurance and/or commercial banking industry
- Current experience using cutting edge recruitment methods and tools to remain at the forefront and deliver the best possible experience to the talent community
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality Talent in a high pressure and time sensitive environment
- Demonstrated record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
