**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
Enginuity recognizes that the Product Development Life Cycle encompasses phases that start with Idea Generation and continue through to Commercialization, and we provide Product Development expertise to our clients to help through them these phases. The Program Manager will assist our clients through this life cycle with a primary focus on the Engineering Design Process: Product Definition, Conceptual Design, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design (through various technical readiness levels), Prototyping and Validation, Design for Manufacturing, Implementation and Testing.
The **Program Manager, Product Development** will oversee the successful execution of all projects related to product development, with a primary focus on customer requirements of budget, quality deliverables and time to deliver. The role may occasionally be required to support the Program team overall, by managing or supporting projects in the other programs (A&D, I&M, I4 and Discovery), and company initiatives as required. While not directly responsible for staff, the Program Manager will work with Discipline Leads and Project Leads to plan and ensure successful implementation of technical tasks and resources.
Notably, an important aspect of the Programs team is maintaining client relationships and ensuring that the clients needs are met. Program Managers are also expected to understand our client’s businesses in order to offer our continued support and identify additional opportunities for our engagement.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Overseeing all Product Development projects, with a primary focus on achieving success by meeting our client’s objectives of their product requirements with good quality and innovative approaches, while maintaining budget and time expectations.
- Tactical Project Management may be required depending on company project mix.
- Creating estimates and quotes for new and existing clients that reflect client needs while setting projects up for success with appropriate risk analysis, budget considerations and a reasonable understanding of project outcomes, given the R&D nature of our business.
- Ensure continuous and supportive communication both as a voice for the customer with the project team, but also as a support to the project team in executing successful project outcomes.
- In support of Business Development, perform Account Management responsibilities for existing clients, that may include facilitating problem resolution and engaging in discussions for opportunities for future work.
**THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- 5+ years experience in technical project management in a Product Development or related environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience with monitoring and course correcting technical teams to support customer goals.
- Willingness and demonstrated ability to multi-task, address and prioritize issues across many projects simultaneously.
