Project Manager

**POSITION: Project Manager - Valves/Valve Automation**

**LOCATION: Vancouver, BC**

**REPORTS TO: Brand Leader Valve Automation**

**Who You Are**:
You’re a dynamic Project Manager with experience in managing both simple and complex projects. You build solid relationships with all stakeholders and love working in a team to see projects through from start to finish. At your core you are a proactive problem solver with excellent organization and communication skills.

Your mission at CB Process is to manage the planning, procurement, and execution of water and wastewater engineering services projects. You will provide guidance on project execution and manage/ coordinate the activities of project team members for the purpose of the timely delivery of data and project goals.

You excel in a fast-paced environment that requires a high learning velocity. You are self-motivated to improve yourself and help others around you to achieve a common goal. You believe in innovation and continual process improvement to drive operational excellence.

**About the Role**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects, which includes:

- Facilitating the definition and scope of projects, goals, and deliverables.
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
- Mapping business processes.
- Managing project budget and timelines.
- Tracking project deliverables.
- Maintaining quality assurance.
- Reporting to stakeholders.
- Conducting project evaluation and results assessment.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and debriefings.
- Assign and execute project tasks as needed to ensure that projects are advanced.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Document lessons learned
- Participate in engineered solutions quality control inspections and testing.
- Project services include but are not limited to valve/automation packages, water technology services and engineered packaged solutions.
- Keep informed of developments in project management and investigate new methodologies and tools that may better serve our work.
- Promote and train staff in project management methodology and guide staff engaging in project management practices.
- Create and track document submittals for customer review (DOCBOSS)
- Engage in active business development.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required Experience**:

- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in engineering/ municipal tendering / valve automation preferred
- PMP certificate is an asset.
- Solid grounding in project management fundamentals.
- University degree is considered an asset, but industry experience is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
