We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, discuss issues, and make decisions
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers as needed for project execution
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve consensus among stakeholders
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development projects
- Experience in requirements management and gathering techniques
- Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
