We are looking for **Bilingual Sales Representatives**who want to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our customers across Canada. This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist LendCare customers with any questions and support regarding their personal loans. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
- Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them pre-approved personal loans that match with their eneds
- Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and French
- 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Financial services background is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Full time availability to work on site at our downtown Montreal office
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP

**Schedule: Morning shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM/11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.**

**Exigences**:

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de centre d'appels
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale avec la capacité de créer des expériences mémorables pour les clients
