**Position Summary**:
Reporting to Director, Coffee Sales, the National Account Manager, is responsible for the achievement of forecast and trade spend goals within the designated customer group (large focus on e-commerce). As the visible leader to the customer, the NAM, leads the strategic development, management, and execution of a customer specific go-to-market approach.
**Key Accountabilities**:
1. Customer business plan development to align company strategy with customer business needs to achieve annual forecast.
2. Develop and establish key business relationships, taking the business to the next level, and aiming at driving profitable volume growth.
3. Manage customer trade funding and promo calendar to ensure profitable growth and maximize ROI.
4. Develop and execute an aggressive plan for all existing and new products, capitalizing on customer advertising and promotional activity opportunities.
5. Leverage industry/customer insights with key decision-makers to influence strategy execution.
6. Cross functional team engagement to support the execution of annual marketing and demand planning objectives.
7. Complete monthly business reviews with brand partners, tracking performance against pre-aligned targets and key initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. University Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, ideally within CPG
3. Proven track record of delivering results
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships.
5. Understands & practices “solution selling”; willingness to develop sales strategies and motivated to learn more.
6. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams).
7. Limited travel may be required
