**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Director, Retail and Foodservice Poultry Sales, the National Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual volume targets associated with the assigned categories within a Retail Account.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop incremental business within assigned Retail Customer for all fresh and frozen chicken and turkey sales;
- Develop and execute an aggressive merchandising support plan for all existing products, maximizing customer advertising and promotional activity;
- Key sales lead in the execution of the portfolio expansion;
- Develop and establish key business relationships taking the business to the next level and aiming at driving profitable volume;
- Working with the Sofina internal teams including but not limited to Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance;
- Support creation and tracking of the annual business plan in delivery of annual goals;
- Complete feature activities, monthly business reviews, sales tracking, customer & product performance, business plans, and many more.
- Responsible for managing fresh poultry at Walmart and regional accounts.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree or College Diploma with minimum 5-10 years of industry experience;
- Minimum 5 years previous experience on National Retail Banners
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships;
- Understands & practices “solution selling”; willingness to develop sales strategies and motivated to learn more;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Ability to travel
