**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain and action general Helpdesk queues for IT Desktop Support
- Windows Desktop administration and security updates
- IP Networking (TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
- Administer and monitor the corporate phone system
- Monitor and maintain all wireless access points
- Monitor and maintain network printers
- Monitor and maintain Desktop Backups
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary graduate in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with Mobile Devices (iPhone, Android)
